Barely twenty seconds in I burst into tears. Will have to watch the rest on my lunch break with my door shut, I think. But I know I’ll love it. (Thank you.)

I had the same reaction. I hear he’s made more of these… I’m going to watch them all when I get home.

You’re welcome. Glad you liked it… I always feel that good inspiration helps me stay focused on what matters… that I live better, etc.

Speaking of small worlds, my brother was in another video made by the same production company (“Words”).
P.S. Still crying.

You are going to break my brain. These odd connections keep cropping up all over lately and I’m attempting to not-read-into-anything-too-much.
Is he the trumpeter?
These videos are all amazing. Do you feel like they’ve caught all your memories and observations and edited them into some brilliant tapestry?
Is it narcissistic to say that I love people who see the world this way?

He is the trumpeter! It is bizarre. My brain hurts too.

1) YES. And 2) if it is narcissistic, then I’m guilty of it too.

You were right, I loved it.

That was lovely — thank you for sharing it. It is exactly perfect for this evening. A few hours ago I was on the phone with an old friend. He called me 2 months ago to tell me his father had died. And he called again tonight. As I looked into the eyes of my 7 week old baby this same friend told me that, in the evening, after his father’s memorial service his mother also passed away. It was overwhelming to hold this new life in my arms and, at the same time, speak to my grieving friend.
Sam, I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your own father…

Margaret – thanks for sharing. Life is so inexplicable sometimes… and yet, we go on living it. Congrats on the new baby, they always smell so amazing. xo, Sam

He smells amazing when he doesn’t smell like spit up!
P.S. The “bird-girls” say “hi!” from California…
