jen says she takes the best pictures when she's laughing.... so i made her laugh

i had some old friends in town for memorial day weekend. you know how the thing with old friends works.... you always pick up where you left off, you feel safe and comfortable.... you watch way too many episodes of friends and quote all the best lines.

plus, as you can see (partly) in the picture, jen brought me a texas shirt from austin, so i can sport my school colors around town.

we also got to see ray and shauna for a day. i realized how much i miss them and our little community of couples we had in the woodlands for that short period of time. anyhow... we're probably going to start looking for flights to go see them in boulder. hiking in the mountains = my perfect summer.
