6.25.07


daily drawing!

today was tiring. i'm dealing with some (probably psychological) insomnia and am feeling really worn out.

now i'm off to do some yoga and hopefully relax.

What a good idea! I love your little drawings.

Also, my dad dealt with insomnia for a long time (physiologically based, but your brain is always there) and he recommends "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" by Gregg Jacobs. I hope you feel better soon.

mm... i'll have to check it out. i'm doing a bit better by trying not to eat a lot of meat in my dinner meals and sticking to easier to digest carbohydrates and such. (i've been reading a nutrition book).
