Weekend Edition

This week was insanely busy at work and I think I pulled something in my back today, so I'm moving a bit gingerly about the house. We just got back from a short film screening put on by our church. We cooked out and pot-lucked side dishes and watched some short spiritually themed films.... like stuff from damah festival and the like. It was really cool and we got to meet some great new people and got to know some people a little better.

Injury count for this week: 2 cuts, 3 scrapes and so far, only one bruise. Russ keeps telling me to be more careful, and I do try, it just kind of happens. At least we have good band-aids. I am a huge fan of the fabric ones from 3M. They aren't waterproof, but the fabric is really flexible and at least to me, has the least amount of that "i'm wearing a band-aid" sensation on your finger. really, you can almost forget it's there.

i just realized that i started typing this entry with capitalization and real sentences and ended it all sloppy with fragments and run-on sentences. well... it's probably because i'm getting really sleepy as i finish this, so i'll say goodnight.
