flickr off! err... on, i mean on

so i've started using flickr to host my images on my site. the best reasons i have found in support of this are as follows:
1. easy uploads for me (always agreeable!)
2. people can leave comments on individual pictures (i think this is really fun and cool!)
3. lots of people use it and i can be connected to a larger network of artists and handcrafters
4. did i mention easy uploads?
